One of my most favorite things to do is socialize with friends over lunch so today’s Favorite Friday/Makeover Monday highlights my favorite Dallas women’s luncheon called Polish: refining the details! Polish has been something that I look forward to every week. I get excited to have a delish meal but most of all hang out with some of the coolest ladies in Dallas. Oh! And the best takeway or party favor is the speakers each week! Y’all they are just amazing! So when they asked me to be a guest blogger on their blog I was like OMG totally! I would love for y’all take a look at my Favorite Friday on Polish’s blog! It’s all about what to wear for a Summertime Soiree but of course with a Posh Floral spin by turning Flowers into Fashion! Happiness, Joy, and Encouragement are words that drive people on with purpose. As people we have the power to help others along the journey of life. I think it’s totally empowering to be able to give words of truth to others and brighten someones day. Floral designers all over the world declared June 29th as Lonely Bouquet Day and on that day we made bouquets to place around our city to encourage random people. The LB had a note saying that we wanted them to take the bouquet to brighten someone else. I had the best time doing this because help someone I don’t know is kinda cool for me. I am not sure where my bouquet went to but I know whomever received it got a little bit more happiness to their day. My friends the Chapel Designers also participated on LBD so you must check out their stories of their experiences with the Lonely Bouquet adventure!
One of the most popular wedding colors for the year is Blush. Blush is a little pink and a little pink and very romantic in nature. The color blush is very pretty when you are wanting that romantic feel wedding. This bouquet we designed for a bride who’s wedding was vintage with a splash of romance and one of my favorite flowers in this bouquet is the O’hara Rose. The O’hara has best texture when it opens up and the fragrance is AMAZING!
The beautiful color of coral in the Summer just screams refreshing and cooling. One of our weddings in the Summer used the color coral as the color of their wedding. The bridesmaids had coral dresses and the flowers were shades of coral which to me is one of the best colors for a Summer wedding. Today’s Makeover Monday is about the coral. I could totally see this outfit at a beach party or at any event this Summer! Happy Monday! Oh and you must know that this amazing floral shot was created by Braeden of Ambient 11 Photography! You must check out more if his work!
