Happy Spring and Happy Makeover Monday! Today’s blog takes place in Brooklyn, NY. While in New York with the Chapel Designers, we spent the day at David Beahm’s studio. We watched many amazing floral designers create beautiful pieces and we also got to create some designs as well. The bouquet above was one of the designs I created out of all American grown flowers! I hope you enjoy the different side of Makeover Monday were we coordinate this Posh Garden Bouquet with Camo from Jcrew.
Day 2 of the Chapel Designers Conference was held at David Beahm‘s studio in Brooklyn. This day we had the chance to see Naomi DeManana of Martha Stewart Weddings design a compote design for us as well as help Holly Chapple create the designs for the Knot.com Dream Wedding and all the flowers were American grown! Thank you to David Beahm for the encouragement and the tour of your studio!
Last week, I had the great privilege of going to New York for the Chapel Designers Conference. It was a wonderful time connecting with old and new friends in the flower world! We listened to some great people such as Holly Chapple of Holly Heider Chapple Flowers, Amy McGee of Botanical Brouhaha and the event producer Jes Gordon. Flowers designed by Holly Chapple
I am so excited that it’s almost Spring! Flowers are the best, but when I was in New York City it was still FREEZING! I love a beautiful Spring time arrangement just as much as I love a fun Spring time outfit but you always have to think about what looks best in the transition time during the seasons. I hope our Posh Floral Design and our Posh Floral Style will inspire you during that transition time of seasons. Big thank you to Megan of Petitely of the photos!! Complete outfit: JCrew
